The Best Cleanser (Remedy) for Acne
Having suffered from acne, I know how frustrating it can be to find a product that gets rid of acne and doesn’t aggravate the skin further. I tried many different products and brands but they all seemed too harsh for my skin. Then I came across a natural remedy which cleared my acne within two weeks!
All it requires is:
- Rosewater 100ml
- Fresh Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Add the lemon juice to the Rosewater and shake well. Store in refrigerator and it will last a week.
How to use
This is to be used in place of your cleanser. Apply morning and evening with cotton wool, and leave to penetrate naturally for 20 minutes.
The lemon juice toughens up the Rosewater, yet remains gentle to use on the skin. We assume that oily skin needs extra cleansing but that isn’t the case. In fact, we should aim to cleanse our skin whilst leaving as much of our natural oils on the skin as possible. Our natural oils are what keeps the skin supple and younger looking.
For anyone suffering from acne, it is vital they don’t over scrub their skin. This only aggravates the skin further, causing more breakouts.
This cleansing recipe is also great for ageing skin, and helps to brighten up dull skin.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to combat acne or wants to try a natural cleanser. This is the best cleanser I have ever used! It not only cleared up my acne but gave my skin an incredible glow. It’s good for young skin too. People with dry skin may use with caution as lemon can be slightly drying.
